RTI model and highly Capable and Gifted Students

Thanks for joining our focus group, the information and ideas created will be used as data in our Master's project. We appreciate your time. Your feedback will help us sculpt a model to meet the needs of all learners in our school district. We define: Highly capable as performing at the 90th percentile or higher in core academic subjects Talented and/or Gifted as students who have been formally identified by the district using formal identification procedures.
